As part of its business strategy, Lindsell Train Ltd ("LTL") intends to make available its investment management expertise to investment products in order to achieve a variety of investment objectives. It is anticipated that this will include investment products with absolute return objectives.

LTL will seek to be remunerated for its investment management of the investment funds established by way of fee structures incorporating periodic management fees and, where appropriate, performance related fees. Where pursuant to the investment objective of LTL investment is made by the Company in these investment products, LTL will not seek to charge the Company investment management fees on the amount invested, in excess of the fees received by it on management of the Company's portfolio.

In addition to the Lindsell Train Investment Trust, LTL currently runs: -
- a long/short Japan Fund
- a long-only Japanese equity product
- a UK benchmark unconstrained equity product; and
- the long/short Global Media Fund.

Lindsell Train Limited's total funds under management was £946.1mn as at 30 June 2010.
